11 years as a professional soccer player in MLS and with the Venezuelan National Team, coaching since 2008 — from USF camps to the FC Barcelona Academy — and now bringing that same professional-level experience to private and small-group training with BA7, for players of all ages.

Notice to the Minor Child's Natural Guardian
Read this form completely and carefully. You are agreeing to let your minor child engage in a potentially dangerous activity. You are agreeing that, even if BA7 Soccer Trainings (Bernardo Anor) uses reasonable care in providing this activity, there is a chance your child may be seriously injured or killed by participating in this activity because there are certain dangers inherent in the activity which cannot be avoided or eliminated. By signing this form you are giving up your child's right and your right to recover from BA7 Soccer Trainings (Bernardo Anor) in a lawsuit for any personal injury, including death, to your child or any property damage that results from the risks that are a natural part of the activity. You have the right to refuse to sign this form, and BA7 Soccer Trainings (Bernardo Anor) has the right to refuse to let your child participate if you do not sign this form.
This Waiver applies to your child and is signed by the parent/guardian for every session booked with BA7 Soccer Trainings through this website.
1. Assumption of Risk
Soccer training involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to: collisions with other players, falls, sprains, strains, fractures, heat-related illness, and injuries resulting from uneven or imperfect playing surfaces at public parks and fields. I understand and voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child.
2. Venue Disclaimer
Training sessions take place at public parks and facilities not owned, operated, or maintained by BA7 Soccer Trainings or Bernardo Anor. BA7 Soccer Trainings is not responsible for the condition of these facilities, including surface conditions, lighting, equipment left by others, or the acts of third parties present at the venue.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law (including Fla. Stat. § 744.301(3)), I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue BA7 Soccer Trainings, Bernardo Anor, and their agents from any and all liability for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the inherent risks of soccer training described above. This release does not apply to injury caused by gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct, which Florida law does not allow to be waived.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless BA7 Soccer Trainings and Bernardo Anor from any third-party claims arising from my own acts or omissions, or those of my child, during training sessions.
5. Medical Treatment Authorization
I authorize Bernardo Anor to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child, including calling 911 and arranging transport to a medical facility, if I cannot be immediately reached. I understand I am financially responsible for any medical costs incurred.
6. Photo/Video Consent (Optional)
Separately from this waiver, I may choose to allow BA7 Soccer Trainings to use photos or videos of my child from training sessions for its website and social media, by checking the optional box on the booking form. This consent is not required to book a session.
7. Governing Law & Severability
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
By checking "I have read and agree" and typing your full legal name on the booking form, you are electronically signing this waiver, and that signature, along with the date and time, is recorded with your booking.
